Terms of Service.

The rules for using MCPifex, its portal and its gateway.

Effective September 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MCPifex, including the website at mcpifex.com, the portal at portal.mcpifex.com, and the MCP gateway at mcpifex.com/mcp (together, the “Service”). MCPifex is operated by Amdose (“MCPifex”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

1. The Service

MCPifex helps you discover Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, run them as hosted instances, and route your AI clients’ tool calls through a single gateway with control over which tools are available. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure, and for all activity that happens under your account and keys, including actions taken by AI clients that use them.
  • Tell us promptly at support@amdose.com if you believe your account or a key has been compromised, and revoke affected keys in the portal.

3. Your content and credentials

You keep all rights to the configuration, credentials and data you provide or connect (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process and transmit Your Content as needed to provide the Service, for example to start MCP servers with your configuration and relay tool calls.

You are responsible for having the right to use the credentials, systems and data you connect. Tools you enable can read or change data in those systems, so review the tools you allow and use credentials with the least access needed. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, or to infringe the rights of others;
  • access or attempt to access systems, accounts or data you are not authorized to use;
  • upload or distribute malware, or use the Service to attack or overload other systems;
  • interfere with the Service, other users, or our security measures, or try to get around plan limits or tool restrictions;
  • resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission;
  • use the Service in a way that breaks the terms of the MCP servers or third-party services you connect, including Google’s terms.

5. Third-party MCP servers and services

Many MCP servers available through MCPifex are built and maintained by third parties or open-source projects, and they connect to services we do not control. Their own licenses and terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party software or services, or for how they behave.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • MCPifex offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan features and limits, such as the number of instances you can run, are described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle’s checkout terms also apply to your purchase, and Paddle handles payments, taxes, invoices and refund requests.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Unless stated otherwise when you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you move to a plan with lower limits, instances above the new limit may be disabled.
  • We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your use creates a risk for the Service or others, or if we are required to by law. When access ends, your instances and API keys stop working. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for actions that AI clients take through tools you enable, or for changes they make to your data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCPifex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MCPifex harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will give additional notice, for example by email or in the portal. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and MCPifex about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

14. Contact

MCPifex is operated by Amdose. For questions about these Terms, email support@amdose.com.
