Before you write
- A connection error? Troubleshooting explains

- Help with the portal: signing in, connecting accounts, creating instances or managing API keys.
- Help with the gateway: a client that cannot connect, a tool that fails, or a call that returns an unexpected error.
- Billing: questions about your plan, an invoice or a change of plan.
- Privacy requests, such as access to or deletion of your data.
What to include in your email
Send the email from the address you use to sign in to MCPifex. Say which AI client you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another), which server or instance is involved and the exact error text. Never paste a full API key. If a key may have leaked, revoke it in the portal before you write to us.
